RETURN POLICY

We are sorry to hear that your GloveLab product did not meet your expectations. We have established a simple and hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Conditions

Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any product purchased directly from our GloveLab website.

Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all included accessories, and in perfect condition.

Missing Packaging: If the original packaging is missing, we can provide you with a new one for a cost of €10.

Return Process

1. Product Preparation

  • Place the GloveLab product in its original packaging
  • Insert this packaging into the shipping box to prevent any damage
  • Ensure that the product box arrives without any visible damage

2. Return Form

Before sending back the product, please complete our return form with the following information:

  • Order date
  • Order number
  • Email address
  • Reason for return
  • Condition of the product and packaging

3. Return Shipping

Once the form is submitted, we will email you our return address within 24 hours.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility if the return is made after 14 days.

4. Refund

After receiving and verifying your return at our warehouse:

  • We will refund you using the original payment method within 14 business days
  • Return fees and/or a deduction for loss of value may apply if the product is not in perfect condition or packaging is damaged
